Level Up

Well ya'll...we've made it to 2025. Praise God! I'm so thankful for the life and experiences of 2024, but so excited for the newness of 2025 and all that I am going to accomplish. This year I am not making any resolutions, because I never attain them. I will pump myself up, and then when everyone else is making moves I am at home sad, upset, and defeated.

So this year, I am allowing myself the room to grow, fail, learn, and experience so many new ideas, projects, and people. Sometimes we beat ourselves up when we are not where we typically feel we should be, especially at the beginning of the new year. And baby, I'm here to tell you to let that pressure go. Something I am learning,especially in my relationship with God, is that our steps are ordered by the Lord, we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and God is within each of us and we will not fail. To remember that and keep it in the forefront of my mind, allows me the grace to not beat myself up when my path hits a detour or pivots in another direction.

So, as we prepare to enter this new year, embrace the change, work through it (even when it is hard), and trust the process to elevate you to your best self!
